BBQs, Discos, Jazz Nights and Folk Clubs

Alongside the many sporting activiies at Killerton we had a fairly busy social. Apart from life in the bar we would organise Discos, Folk eveings, Jazz nights and the annual barbeque.

The main purpose of these events was to raise money to pay for things like theTV, sporting kit, etc.

Dickie, and later Jack Goodall took a very active interest in all these events and indeed, positively encourage them!
